Windows Se7en M2 Visual Style

I have now stopped work on this theme and decided to finally release it.

There isn't much more I could do to it so this is as good as it will ever get.

I am now working on an M3 theme, which will be released sometime soon.

I hope you like the theme, even if it is a little back dated now.

Also it comes with a windows se7en icon set
